Official who accused Cortines of sexual harassment settles for $93,000
Scot Graham had filed four lawsuits against LAUSD and against former Superintendent Ramon Cortines claiming sexual harassment. He never prevailed in court, but the district spent about $266,000 in legal fees, and the cases tarnished the reputation of the respected superintendent. Los Angeles Times
