• Teacher From Freeway Chase Pleads Not Guilty to Molestation Charges: PE teacher Kip Richard Arnold, 51, was arraigned yesterday. Now an adult, the woman reported the incident to Bell Police on July 5. KPCC
• Charter School to Share Analytical Tools Nationwide: California-based Aspire Public Schools says it is working on a tool for analyzing school performance, and will make it freely available to any public school that wants it. Charters and Choice
